Order Processing

  • Processing Time:
      Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
  • Order Confirmation:
    Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details. If you have not received this, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us

Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping:
      Estimated delivery is 5-7 business days from the shipping date.
  • Expedited Shipping:
    Estimated delivery is 2-4 business days from the shipping date.
  • International Shipping:
    Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination, typically between 7-21 business days. Please note, international shipping may be subject to customs delays.

Shipping Charge

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method, order weight, and destination.
  • Free standard shipping is available for domestic orders over $100.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email to help you track your package. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Certain remote or rural areas may experience longer delivery times.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our pricing or shipping fees.

Missing or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at  decorebymaya@gmail.com. We will assist in tracking your order or filing claims with the shipping carrier if needed.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Include your order number, photos of the damaged product, and the packaging.
  • Lost Shipments: If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please notify us immediately.
