Eligibility for Refunds


1. Time Frame: Refund requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your item.
2. Condition of Items: To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Return Process

1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please email us at decorebymaya@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos may be equired to assess the condition of the item.
2. Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your item.
3. Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. Please use a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refund Processing

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
  • After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if the item has already been processed or shipped.
